To update your password, simply go to your Account Details section of your account dashboard.
If you are not getting email notifications in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you find the email notifications in your spam/junk folder, be sure to mark them as “not spam/junk” and move them to your inbox. To increase the likelihood that email notifications from Drilling Hands are delivered to your inbox, please whitelist our primary email address: info@drillinghands.com
Employer FAQs
To purchase a Worker’s contact information, simply go to the Rig Workers Database and find the Worker you would like to contact. Once you find the Worker you want to contact, add them to your cart. You can do this for as many Workers as you’d like. Once you are finished, locate the cart at the top of your device (the oil rig icon). Click the cart and from there you can proceed to Checkout to pay for your Order.
When a Worker accepts or rejects your contact info request, you will receive an email notification to the email address you have on file. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder. You can also go to your Orders page in your account dashboard and view all of your orders and see which ones have been approved, , refunded (rejected), cancelled (by you), and those that are still pending.
If a Worker doesn’t respond to your contact request, you can cancel the order and your credit will be reimbursed to your account immediately. Simply go to your Orders page and cancel the order. Please note that if you do not cancel the order, the request will remain open indefinitely. In order to receive your credit back, you will need to cancel the order.
Each Worker’s contact information request costs 1 Credit. This Credit is charged once you place the Order to request the Worker’s contact information. If the Worker rejects your request, or if you cancel the Order, the Credit used will be reimbursed to your account immediately.
You can check your Credit balance simply by going to your account dashboard. You can see your available Credits there and you can purchase more Credits if needed. You can also go to the Credits tab in your account dashboard and find the same information.
If you need to update your payment method/information, simply go to the Payment Method section in your account dashboard. From there you can update your payment methods.
Worker FAQs
There is no set time limit on how long it can take before you are contacted by a Company/Employer. This is why it’s important to fill out your profile to the best of your ability. The more characteristics and qualifications you include on your profile, the more likely you will be a match for what a Company is looking for. This should increase the likelihood of having Companies reach out to you.
In order to update your profile, simple click the “Rig Worker Edit Profile” section in the menu at the top of the website, under the “Rig Workers” tab. You can also go to Edit My Profile in your account dashboard and edit your profile from there.
